Hello friends, I'm restarting my diet from tmrw after a gap of over 9 months ( due to pregnancy). I have put on more than i originally was when i started the diet and i really really want to shed at-least 15 kgs by April this year, as my sister is getting married!
I need all the support and motivation i can get, i know i found this hard the first time around and i know it will be harder this time. So please please help me keep myself motivated and on track..........
