Going to the gym shortly :) Still got a headache and feel slightly sick but i'll power on through! One good thing to come out of it is I can't stand the thought of carbs, just thinking about them turns my stomach at the moment!

B - spinach omelette
before gym - smoothie
after gym - protein shake
L - tuna mayo salad
T - steak and asparagus

I'm feeling better tonight thanks guys. It definitely was all the rich food!

My spinach omelette was delist suze, had a little mayo on side too.
 
Still not 100%! Had an upset stomach today.
B - bacon and poached eggs
L - belly pork
D - not sure, going shopping soon but not really that hungry

haven't been to the gym today but I'm going tomorrow.

Feeling much better today! Made it to the gym again, really loving it still the moment.

over the past few weeks, when I had my blow out and re- introducing carbs and valentines day I'd gained few pounds, I'm happy to say that they are now moving. I still have about 5 lbs to lose to get to my pre Christmas weight though! Bloody Christmas, I'm not celebrating it this year!
 
Ooh sausage patties I want ! Where did you get them from.
Glad you feeling better and snap about Xmas. A couple of weeks to put it on nearly two months and still not off !!!
 
I'm going to the gym in the morning thanks to my sister, she's having my little boy for an hour.

before gym - smoothie (oats, banana, blueberries spinach, soya milk)
after gym protein shake
L - tuna salad
D - Off out with the other half for date night! ;) Thai restaurant don't know what I'm having yet but it's treat night. There will be plenty of alcohol though :)
