Wrote my weight down today 12st4lb n omg couldn't believe how much I've lost it's hit me I'm doing amazing !

My poor boy been quite unwell came up in a rash after school I was so worried although the dr thinks its just an allergic reaction even thou he hasn't had anything different

Awww don't get disheartened - everyone is bound to have an 'off' week... At least you didn't put anything on! And I'm sure the loss will catch up on the scales next week - stay positive! x
