but think I outdid my work day 3 packets of crisps in a row and a choccie bar :confused: I lost it haha

but back on track today need to do a shop so not much to work with todsy

had an egg on one Heb bread this morning
 
Defo drew a line under it we all have days like that

so today
2 Heb bread
2 egss
banana

dinner was
sweet potato chips which was nice for a change
tuna salad with rocket lettuce spring onions tomatoes jalapeños
sweet chilli sauce 2 syns

tonight will have

hot chocolate aldi light options one which will be 2 syns
yogurt fat free
berries
 
Yes I like a cheeky glass of wine on weekends after the week in work I know you shouldn't do as it doesn't work for some people but it works for me

I've started having a few and savings some for the weekend. It helps me stay on plan better :)

don on think in taking it seriously got a pair of jeans in size ten that are but right on so need to be losing my aim of four pounds before xmas so really taking it serious no now more takeaways

chicken and leek pie with puff pastry working this out at 16 syns uh but sure it was lovely will try putting potato on too next time instead to save the syns but I suppose it's better ten eating loads of crisps or sweets


so ended day on 20 syns
 
Tuesday

irish stew - oxtail soup (2 syns) carrots potatoes and steak pieces

was delish

so finishing day on

4 syns to make up for yesterday
 
Going out for food Tomo with girls am dreading it as really wanna stay on plan and I dunno yet were we are going so I'm completely going to lose it with food Tomo but if they do salad I will be getting that

OthThanks girls I did enjoy it but ate a bit more then usual and felt so bloated after it I felt I'll think I'm getting used to all the healthy food

good news lost 2 pounds this week too woo delighted didn't think I would

As for cheat days, I don't generally, I tend to save my syns for something I fancy :)
I might possibly at some point have a cheat 'meal' , but as yet not had any reason to :)
