Not feeling much inspiration to write a long introduction post, a little too hungry at the moment. I started dieting 3 days ago, slimfast is my poison and at 20 stone I am looking to go down to 12 - 13 stone over the next 12 months.
I am semi happy with how I look and feel but due to a few medical complaints the doctor has recommend I lose weight, so my main motivation is losing some weight so the Doctors will stop blaming all my problems on my weight and start digging a little deeper.
Friday I had 2 Bananas for breakfast, a slimfast shake for dinner and a 500 cal ready meal for tea.
Saturday I had 2 Bananas for breakfast, a slimfast shake for dinner and a chicken dinner for tea (home made, slimming world cooking guidelines, so healthy(
Today I had a slimfast shake for breakfast and a banana, a slimfast shake for dinner and for tea I had oven cooked salmon, peas, carrots, sweetcorn and potatoes
THE DIAL ON THE SCALES WONT MOVE.
I hoping to revisit this diary at least 3 times a week and im hoping that future posts are a little more positive
