Summer challenge 2015!

I had a perfect diet week, stuck to cals, lots of walking and what do I get to show for it........0.2lb loss. Why do I bother! Pah!

Mini - 16lbs to lose (4lbs lost - 12lb to go)
Princessjen - 20lbs to lose (0lbs lost - 20 to go)
Slimmerjb4u - 30lbs to lose (20lbs lost - 10 to go)
Little77 - 18lbs to lose (0lbs lost - 18 to go)
Runningwild 14lbs to lose (0lbs lost - 14 to go)

I think keep at it and suddenly it will come off! What diet are you following? Also 0.2loss is a loss however small. Maybe not what you want but better than nothing! Xx
