Had a bad night last night.
I had 3 eggs, a Chinese, giant chocolate buttons and marshmallows.
Was so ashamed of myself I threw them up.
I drank an extra two litres of water, went to bed, and woke up still in ketosis.
Do you know what....I didn't enjoy one mouthful of what I ate last night (except my curried scrambled eggs), the Chinese was eaten for the sake of it as were the choc/marshmallows...nothing was actually enjoyed, and I knew it was wrong whilst I was eating it, which is why I think I didn't enjoy them...S they all went in the bin after a couple of mouthfuls each. I admit I did throw up what was in my tummy as I didn't want to come out of ketosis. I know that part was wrong to. But for me I think it was a lesson I needed to go through...to prove to myself that I want to lose weight more than I want to eat or give into temptation!!!
I'm putting this out there for my own benefit, not advocating anything I did, but I needed to tell you all, to remind myself why I am doing this...to LOSE WEIGHT!!
