The Moomins EE Food Diary - Dear God help me!

Thursday 8th July - Extra easy

Well after a good loss of my holiday weight im on track - out for an indian meal tonight though so need to be careful but i have researched this before so its ok

Breakfast - banana and muller yog

mid morn - alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

lunch - pasta salad with ham and chhese (HEXA)

Mid aft - alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Dinner meal - Chicken jalfrezi (6.5 syns)
boiled rice and 1/4 a naan (4 syns)
Will be drinking only diet coke - might slip in a couple of vodkas and will update syns accordingly!

Ok so I had 5 vodkas..... so 12.5 syns there oooopppppssssss

1 HEXA 1HEXB 10.5 syns :p

Brekkie - Fibre plus bar (5 syns)

Fibre plus from kellogs - 2 kinds milk chocolate or dark choc and almond, really nice and suprisingly filling - 2 boxes for 3 pound in asda at the mo. 5 syns or 1 HEXB
 
Friday 9th July - Extra Easy

Had a few vodkas last night...well 5 so used 12.5syns but i think im gonna just flexi syn that cos i very often have less then 10 and think thats the easiest way to do it - im not keen on denying myself them for the rest of the week as then im more likely to go off track.

Breakfast - 1 alpen light(1/2 HEXB)and banana

midmorn - strawberries and pink & white (2.5 syns)

Lunch - pasta with 42g lowlow cheese grated(HEXA) and garden peas

mid aft - alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Dinner - lamb chops grilled with SW chips and a large salad

Muller light yog and peach
curly wurly 6.5 syns

1 HEXA 1HEXB 9 syns

I know i didnt superfree very well today but its just one of those days im afraid :(

Tuesday 20th July - Extra Easy

Sorry for the gappy diary here guys, after my full PC breakdown my daughter ended up really poorly with gastro enteritis :cry:

Back now though and have been 100% this week so hoping for a good WI tomorrow night!:rolleyes:

Breakfast - alpen light (1/2 HEXB)
and banana

Mid morn - strawberries and alpen light (1/2 HEXB)

Lunch - Chicken, pasta and veggies and Activia intensely creamy yog (2.5 syns)

Mid aft - pink & white x 2 (5 syns)

Dinner - Jacket potato with 42g lowfat cheese(HEXA) , tuna and salad

1 HEXA 1 HEXB 7.5 syns
 
Wednesday 21st July - Green

WI tonight and a sneaky peek at home ( i know its mega naughty ) shows another STS!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
Well we will see at 7pm


Brekkie - alpen light ( 1/2 HEXB)and banana

Mid morn - pink & white (2.5 syns)

Lunch - 6 wholewheat crackerbreads (HEXB) and 3 dairylea light triangles (HEXA) Activia IC yoghurt (2.5 SYNS)

Friday 30th July - greeny reddy extra easy ish day

Ive been a very naughty girl and from today i am back on 100%....... Only problem is i dont go food shopping until tonight so i dont even know what today is but it will be kinda a plan mix up as i have no fruit and no alpen lights - poo!

Brekkie - Fat free yoghurt and 1 pink& white (2.5 syns)

Mid morn - pink& white (2.5 syns)

Lunch - Pasta and brocolli and yoghurt
 
Bad bad moomin - back on track! Thursday 19th August 2010 - EE day

Im gonna have to do an extra easy type day making the best of what i have day today until i go food shopping tonight and then my plan is to go on red days for a week
