Slept in for breakfast

Late lunch/dinner: fresh sushi, fresh shredded duck with hoisin and pancakes, tiny sirloin steak and king prawns. Water melon and melon. Ice cream

Breakfast: green tea, banana

Snack: green tea

Lunch: chilli tomato soup with celery onions. Green tea

Dinner: skinny cheeseburger casserole (1)

Dinner: chicken tikka masala with ww Petite pain and cheese (hexa and b)

Snack: mix of berries and cherries
Graze plummet with almonds and walnuts

Breakfast: omelette cheese hexa

Lunch: low fat super noodles and chocolate. ( threw it all up) brown bread hexb

Dinner: sticky chicken on salad

I'm so disheartened. I haven't lost any weight in 3/4 weeks. This is so unusual for me. I think I need a kick start. So I'm gonna switch to Herbalife/slim fast for a while

Dinner: salt chilli chicken with noddles, mayflower curry sauce , sweet chilli sauce (5.5)
