Well I've gone and bought a trampette :)

Kids love it lol they've got one for the garden and miss it in the winter

You will be a healthy fit toned family ready for summer time for sure - I have a pink one but it's in the shed at our flat which we are waiting to complete on so we need to go empty it - I will then have my treadmill, trampette and bike back - I'm looking forward to bike rides again - I think YouTube might have free workouts for it that you could use x
 
They are lovely. I'd call it more a flapjack.

It's called Lemon and Sultana Slices and makes 16 but I did 14

6 Weetabix crushed
125g plain Wholemeal flour
50g desiccated coconut
100g running honey
2 eggs
100g Sultana
125g low fat spread (i used clover lighter than light)
40g Icing sugar
Zest of Lemon and 2tsp of Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 180/fan 160/gas 4.

Line a baking tin

Combine the Weetabix, flour, coconut, honey, eggs, Sultana and melted spread together.

Press into the tin and bake for 20 mins or until golden.

Let it cool down and whilst it's cooling mix the icing sugar and lemon juice.

Once totally cooled drizzle over the icing and scatter the zest.

It tastes lovely, has a gooey texture. As it's over 14/16 you could use your HEB for the Weetabix and then only need to syn some of the ingredients. Can't see it being too high

You'll be a toned and trim Bee for summer too lol. I'm definitely going to look up for routines on YT.

I've got a Polar FT4 HR monitor and it works out my calories. I've got to get a new battery but I'll be really interested in the calorie burnt.

I'm also going back to Zumba. I stopped going because I got bored but I realise that it kept my weight down. Stop going meant the weight crept on

I'm in love with the Mag the recipe came from called the Healthy Food Magazine. It has some really lovely recipes but also great articles about healthy.

I wish there was a dedicated CC magazine but this is the closest thing

Well I've done my first 30 mins on the trampette. I watched Birds of a feather and Dorien was using a trampette lol

I haven't got a clue how many calories I've burnt..my HR monitor needs a new battery.

I've put down dance for 30 mins on myfitnesspal with 173 cals

Dinner isn't sorted yet as hubby isn't home yet :(

Auntie Flow has arrived and boy do I feel horrid :(

Today I'm off to COSTCO today so likely to be eating out. I'll be having a jacket potato with baked beans although at the moment I'm really not interested in eating :(
