Time to get serious!

weather is beautiful again today!!

yesterday was a write off - ended up with a picnic in the park
i had mccoys, sausage roll, pork pie, banana

then home to a bbq
i had 1 hot dog, 1 burger, 1 chicken leg and 1 bbq pork rib!!!

and a few vodkas n diet cokes

im finding it quite difficult to stay on track tbh!!
 
come a walk to my moms today :)

bfast - banana n yoghurt 1pp
lunch - salmon sandwich 8pp
dinner - roast beef, mashed potato, veg, roasters n gravy with a yorkshire pud - 20pp to be on safe side!

happy with that! after what iv eaten the weekend and yesterday and also aunt flos visitin this week!

have got beef left over from last night so trying to think of something different and tasty to use it up!!

Me either. I've messed up last two days and out for lunch today so need to try get my motivation back for fresh start tomorrow. Need to find some new recipe ideas x

i find weekends really hard! i could go shopping really but at the same time the freezers full so could use up some stuff!! x
