Day 4 done.

Ready to get on plan tomorrow. Expecting to be about 10 st 9, realistically. Will measure tomorrow and get my 6 week plan together

Back to the gym tomorrow gonna go sat and Sunday, will do as much as I feel I can, not stressing as I'm doing so much work ill only burn out and I can't afford to do that!

Melon and grapes box about 12 then gym straight from work at 2

Really would like a good 2 hour sesh if I can as I will only sneak an hour in tomorrow before they close and won't be able to go after work until Friday x

Gym done. 5.5km. So that 18km within a 30 hr period... not too bad starting off!!

Next attempt Fri and Sat wanna do 40km!!

Had an amazing tea, ham salad with homemade chips and a wholemeal roll.

Had 4 mini maoam stripes and my last malteaser bunny... so thats another 14.5 syns

Total syns = 44
