I need to pick up the rowing tonight and add in mini circuit training.

1 stone down 2 to go by hen party in May
 
Ty, I'm alternating circuits and rowing at moment as the rower is fantastic but it's not as good as using own body weight to strengthen so I'm alternating until I can build up to doing both in a day.

Losses are coming though I feel like I
Will get these jeans this year
