Today turned out to be a good day, ending on 10.5 syns :-0 I always usually have my full 15 but feel I planned filling meals today which have helped. Here's for another 100% day tomorrow.

I can't wait to get some more food shopping in tomorrow there's so many new SW friendly things I want to try. Big Mac in a bowl and pizza are on the agenda.

New to the forum but rooting for you and your goal! How exciting!?

It's nice to see that despite the ups and downs you are still getting there.
 
So excited for my roast beef dinner later Mmm going to plan for the week ahead as I've found preparation helped me this last week. I hope my hard work pays off on the scales tomorrow, getting nervous already x

Thanks :) can't quite believe it lost 4lbs!!! I think I'm definitely more suited to red and green rather than extra easy

I really don't know what I fancy today, I've got a cold so my taste buds have gone. I can see today's plan changing several times today, I'm going to up my fluid intake this week by a lot I really don't drink enough.
 
Just looked at my progress graph on the slimming world website and I'm predicted to be at target next month! Once I'm at target I plan to start doing some weight training to tone up, looking forward to that!
