MOrning diary, Cheeky work post as I am on yet another double shift! It's been so hectic so far which is really unusual for a Sunday morning - typical when I'm so tired! Food went well yesterday, I still have 14 weeklies left for today and tomorrow so am interested to see what weigh in results will be on Tuesday having used them all and a week of Filling & Healthy. In my head I really want 2.5lbs off to get to a half stone but we'll see. Today's food; Breakfast Shredded wheat & skimmed milk and some frozen grapes Lunch Chicken, lettuce, red onion, peppers & carrot with 2 x WW wraps Tea Chilli & brown rice Snacks Watermelon Pineapple 2 x jaffa cakes (3pp) Crumpets with mexicana cheese (2PP)
