Thank you! It makes it all worth it doesnt it, day 5 was horrid haha! But im glad i stuck to it! I felt abit poorly for the first few days but im ok now, and ive got 1shake,1bar and one lemon yogurt bar everyday this week, so im very happy about that! ive done cambs before and although i havent put all my weight back on i did put some back on, but i am so much more mentally ready this time, im addressing my habits etc and have realised chocolate is my enemy haha! How do u find it? Ur weight loss is amazing!!
