Beautiful day here, spent the morning on the beach with the kids whilst my husband is at work. Easier to eat f&h when he's not around as he eats so much and never puts on a single pound!

Got 6 weeklies left till weigh in on Friday so think will need to switch to counting for weds/thurs and see how I go.

Not going to be on plan Saturday as going to a kids party from lunch onwards and my husband is taking me out for dinner Saturday night. So will try not to go too crazy!

Lool amba i used to be the same a real mayo fan it had to be hellmans and full fat my favourite was hot chips am drooling now haha x
 
I have the light version! The extra light is just not worth it haha.

Oh for the real thing!

I'm the same with diet coke. I drink it all the time but wow full sugar coke, that is something else ha xx

L chicken fried rice (can't believe this is filling and healthy but only ingredient have to point is sweet chilli sauce) 1

Dinner will be spag Bol and brown pasta. I have the extra lean mince. Normally I put wine in which I have to point but guess should leave it out this time in the hope of a loss tomorrow!

Got the idea from the one on ww app but changed it a bit as didn't have exact ingredients, and added extra of what I like! Was really filling and my husband wolfed it down with no complaints.

Brown rice
Onion
Peppers
Courgette (whatever veg you have in fridge)
Chicken leftovers or could cook up some separately if you wanted.
Handful prawns (optional)
Egg x2
2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp chinese five spice

Cook brown rice.
Fry onion, pepper, courgette in pan.
Separate eggs, whisk whites up in small bowl.
Add cooked chicken to pan, and cook till warmed through.
Add prawns, sweet chilli sauce and chinese five spice, then whisk in egg whites till cooked.

Yum x

Ps think the time before I added peas but forgot this time!

That sounds really nice i think i will try it when i get browne rice i must admit i dont really like it but it sounds really nice thank u d
 
Somehow managed to lose 4lbs this week. I am in shock as I was doubting the amount I could eat doing filling and healthy. So pleased.

Going to have another good day today as tomorrow I have my meal out so don't want to undo it all right away!
