D salmon & prawn bake with new potatoes and green veg - 2 -1 point for Philadelphia cheese in it and 1 for sweet chilli sauce

Thanks it was good. It's the recipe off the ww app, one of the best ones I've made so far. Just added sweet chilli sauce to it as an extra. X

Well yesterday was a crazy food day. Am trying to point it below rather than ignoring it like I normally would- hopefully for the rest of the week I can balance it out.

And I'm only guessing the points for my meal out so who knows how much worse it was! It was delicious though and lovely to have a night out with my husband as we don't very often as our kids are little still.

Thanks ladies... Although today has been another blow out day ahhhh! Started the day with the best of intentions but got stuck in a massive traffic jam on the m3 and ended up taking the kids to McDonald's as we were meant to be back home for lunch but didn't get back till about 2.30 in the end so pulled into services and just eat what the kids wanted for an easy life!

Will edit my diary above but it's not looking good this week!

Reading back I'm cringing so much on today. I don't even like mcdonalds, it was just easy! And quick to shut the kids up on a nightmare journey of traffic jams and whinging and hitting each other in the back of the car. To be fair maybe I should be grateful we are home in one piece ha xx

Thank you love, trying to be more organised after my weekend! Normally I wouldn't have pointed the weekend and just carried on eating what I want for a few days but coming on here and chatting about it has really helped me start again. Guess if I stay the same this week I will be lucky so here's hoping!

Just done my shopping for week and doing some of same meals as last week as that worked well. X

Hi Shez, welcome to my diary! You sound just like me then! I'm liking filling and healthy best I think, did really well last week and lost 4lbs, but this week went out on the weekend and pretty much had all my weeklies so think have ruined it really! So hoping this week will stay the same as been pretty good since.

It's the socialising side I'm finding hard. Like this weekend being easter will have family things going on which will involve going off plan as being cooked for at other peoples houses.

Guess will just have to try minimise the damage and get back on it next week again! Seems like I am saying that all the time! X

I am struggling to not eat the Easter chocolate that is appearing in my house! Have worked out that the mini Lindt bunnies are 2 points so maybe might have one of those and do a pointing day tomorrow. Decisions decisions!

yeah i understand the social things are hard!
i find weekends hard anyway as i like a drink n we sometimes make a curry or order a take away!
trying to plan ahead tho!!

we bought our nephews an easter egg which have been sitting down the side of my sofa for about 2 weeks now! such a temptation - doesnt help when ur gym n protein freak of a partner says "fancy chocolate shall we eat the easter egg n il get it back?" lol but i will not let him as im noticing most of them are sold out in shops now and id feel awful if couldnt get it back!
but im also thinkin - willpower!!! :D x
 
Oh my husband and I love take always too! In fact tonight he was trying to persuade me to get some Lebanese food delivered. Was so tempted as I love meze food but have stuck to my ww chilli as mince was on last day today in the fridge! Am pleased now as know today's been quite good. I eat the Lindt mini bunny for 2 points though haha.

So funny about eating your nephews Easter eggs! Your right don't want the shops to not have many left if you do eat it! X
