Fatness to Fitness!!
Well, this is my second diary here... And hopefully a lasting on! Tried numerous approaches to weight loss and now I'm just focusing on the simple mantra of calories in vs calories out! Anything goes kinda thing! I love the gym, it's the food I fail epically on! So I'm going to make myself accountable WHATEVER I eat, as I have a nasty habit of not recording naughty days (if I did maybe I could work to reset the balance!)
Got some big stuff coming up soon... Bridesmaid dress fitting in 4 weeks, bridesmaid in 7 weeks! I am currently around the 15stone Mark and wanting to try and get a good few lbs off before the new year and continue on a healthy lifestyle into 2013. will record all food and workouts here

Today is an exercise rest day for me ahead of tomorrows official measure in. I will weigh myself but I try to now ignore that number as I'm gonna be putting in a lot at the gym and that's when it all gets a bit messed up! So inches over lbs! Going for a family Sunday dinner now... Yum.
Also have my fit test on Insanity tomorrow... Bit the bullet and I'm sure I will be in pain come Tuesday!!
Today my calories have been a little too low - due to being extremely busy- I have 675 so far but am going to have a graze box (love those things!!) to make up a few! Today I got in 30 minutes of circuit training, tomorrow is a lifting day (chest n back) followed by 30 minutes cardio (more if I can manage it as I've been fighting off a nasty cough)

Another good day although too much caffeine! Have reached a nice 1100 calories... Including tea which is later. Gym is 8.30pm then midnight showing of breaking Dawn part 2 lol! Still NEED to get Insanity workouts sorted! Keep putting it off as I know it will probably damn near kill me!!! 6 weeks n 2 days exactly until I gotta feel ok in my own skin, its gotta get started tomorrow morning before work at the latest. Will post results as I go - been looking forward to trying it for aggesss xx
Totally knackered today, but movie was actually work it! its a 9 til 730 day today, followed by a 8 til 9 gym then a saturday shift at work also. I will be damned if i give in though. Breakfast was just a latte (well not just- 185 cals of it!) and lunch will be on the go but aslong its kept under 1200 with exercise im happy. I would usually eat more when exercising BUT got a fast approaching deadline haha.

1142 calories for today, happy with that. Did 40 mins strength training at gym (chest n back) and still no insanity! Think im putting it off on purpose now lol! Did a full health inventory today, minus inches which is tomorrows job. Took readings of bodyfat, muscle mass, weight and viseral fat. Half of the results i was happy with as a startinh point- my visceral fat is normal n healthy, my muscle mass good. Bodyfat and weight not so great at all! BMI i totally ignore anyway as its aload of rubbish, in my opinion anyway.

After a busy day I've totted up my calories to 393 so far... So a few more needed! Just got home and sooo cold, gym is only open for another 90 minutes so do I be lazy now and have to do insanity later when I leave it that bit too long to go workout or do I get my ass back out in the cold? To be honest, I would much rather be deciding between Indian or pizza take out menus lol! But that's not an option... Tomorrow is a treat meal (within daily cal allowed) so will save it up! Xx
insanity fit test done!!! Some things i was disappointed on, but some very hapoy with (low obliques and power knees) and others baffled i could 3 reps as i thought it impossible at this stage (push up jacks).Feel better now its done but i am dripping with sweat (tmi i know sorry!). So i guess now im commited to 60 days juh?

Ended the day on 1248 calories and did i need them! lovely 4 egg (i know 4 right lol) omellette and a big glass of water.
Woke up feeling very very hungry today! But as i sunday lunch with family in just over 2 will be factoring in a very light breakfast. No planned exercise until this evening xx
todays calories are just over 1200 already with no exercise (except a game of basketball in park with my family, if that counts)
feel OK about having a bit of a treat today aslong as i power through both my workouts tomorrow (insanity and weights) i will not let it put me on a downer (which leads to a binge)

Going to set a few weekly goals PRE dress fit and post to keep me checking in and fully on track!
REST OF THIS WEEK:
- maintain regular exercise (3 x insanity, 3x cardio sessions, 3x weigh sessions)
- stay with in calories
NEXT WEEK: (26th nov-2nd dec)
- lower carbs from Tuesday- Saturday (meal out on Monday and camping at the weekend!)
- gym 6 times (weights and cardio)
- follow insanity
- Stay sighing calories on Monday & the weekend away
- check weight & body fat
WEEK AFTER: (3rd dec-9th dec)
- low carbs (under 45 grams a day)
- up water intake
- focus on calorie burning cardio and lighter weight/higher rep. Stick with insanity
- check weight and body fat
WEEK AFTER: (10th dec-16th dec)
- stay on low carb
- begin split weight routine for shaping (with a focus on back and arms)
- keep on it with insanity!!!
- remember I still have two weeks and make my time count- I could do a stone before wedding!
- che k weight and body fat (spur me on!)
WEEK BEFORE XMAS: (17th dec- 23rd dec)
- low carbs from 17th-21st
- be good on hen weekend!!!
- keep on with insanity, weight training and cardio
CHRISTMAS WEEK/WEDDING WEEK (24th dec- 30th dec)
- Calorie count xms eve, try not to go mad xmas day and calorie count boxing day
- low carb 28th to lose a bit of water pre wearing the dress
- KEEP EXERCISING DAILY (no gym, no problem lol)
- back to calorie counting until new year (then plan again!!)
