Bridesmaid in June and Bride in November with a lot of weight to lose!
I am getting married in November but was struggling to find the motivation to lose weight as it still seemed a long time away.. Today I was asked to be a bridesmaid for one of my best friends who is getting married in June.
Although I am so excited I am also very nervous as do not feel comfortable in myself therefore decided I needed to start a food an excercise diary to keep myself motivated :)
As it is already halfway through the day I am going to monitor everything I eat and drink from tomorrow and do my best to stay on track so I will not be worrying about my appearance on these amazing days and will just be able to enjoy every moment :)
