Ive been eating less points because I recently had a stomach bug, so eating less than I normally do was inevitable due to lack of appetite, but its slowly increasing :) as I feel better

I exercise every week day 5days a week

1.5hrs in the gym.
10mins low treadmill
20mins med bike
20mins high cross trainer
10mins med weight training
30mins low swimming, steam and sauna
(i dont account for swimming as activity points because i take it really easy... Soooo relaxing)

Around TOTM I start taking water retention tablets so I don't feel bloated.
This tends to work in my favour when it comes to weigh ins as that is my biggest problem, holding onto water and feeling so sluggish!

Handy tip for anyone in the same boat......no water pun intended ;)

Tablets are available in chemists and herbal/supplement shops like Holland & Barrett

Thanks, yep does feel good, still very strange though lol Seriously though size 20 to 16 in 10 weeks on ww is such an achievement!!

I notice you dont fit all your daily points in, are u doing that on purpose or can u just not fit them in? xxx

It was just because I didn't have much of an appetite over the passed week, so I ate light. I normally do. And have a little cry almost when I don't have another point for a biccy or something :p

Woke up feeling great this morning so I have lots of lovely stuff out for today. All pre-written and meeting my points so I'm going to share now :D

I got the above dinner idea from a woman who did up weight watchers recipes for the class.
little slice of fried gold in my life :)

Recipe
I slice up the pork and roll them in the flour and fry in a pan on a med heat with a spray of fry light better than butter.
then remove from the pan once cooked and place on a dish. throw in the juice of one lemon with an equal quantity of water and a couple of olives sliced up into the pan and get up all the extra bits of flour that didn't stick. It makes a gorgeous tangy sauce to go over the pork AND salad.
Its actually heaven. I'm not much of a pork eater. Really stick to chicken most days, but this is sooooo good!Give it a shot!

Ohhhh sounds good I love pork!!! U will have to take a pic when Uve made it and post it :D xxx

I knowww!! :) Its great. You are my inspiration now for the next while :D

Is the 26pp hard to stick to or do you find its alright? x

Haha love abitta sexy food!!!

Hmmm 26pp can be hard, but i seem to be sensitive to carbs so it limits them which I need.

I never use my weeklies i was too scared!! so I'm starting using 3 per day now so I've atleast had around half a week!

I used to be much the same with carbs. Because low carb was the way for me back in the day. Got down to 10st. But I was miserable on it. I love a birra bread :)

I used my weeklys twice, and lost 1.5 and STS. So I stay well away from them unless theres a big event coming up. Brothers wedding soon! ALL THE WEEKLYS :)

40min swim today. Arms are wrecked OUCH!

For the grilled chicken breast I cooked it till it was almost done.
In the mean time I chopped up the coriander and basil within an inch of its life, as well as the garlic, a tsp of olive oil, salt and pepper all into a mortar and pestle. And ground the LIFE out of it till it was a vibrant pasty load of yumminess. Lashed it onto the chicken breast and cooked for a few mins. DELISH!

For potatoes. I leave skins on (After washing) boil up and then mash with 2x tsp light butter and chop a spring onion into them. Tastes devilish! But is quite sinless :)
