Hi Lola and good luck with your ww journey.

Make sure you eat your activity points too. If you have 25pp daily to eat and used 10 for exercise then you've really only had 15pp. I never ate mine until I had a couple of weeks of staying the same. My leader chatted and that's when she realised I was exercising and not eating those points. Ate them the next week and lost 3.5lbs! You earned those points so use them. Also make sure you drink loads as muscle can retain water when repairing itself after exercise.

Zero point soups and sugar free jelly are brilliant ways to fill up or turn a meal into 3 courses. Are you going to a class or doing ww online? There are loads of recipes on there for very few points/no points. I can help out with recipes if you aren't.

Thanks hunni I'm scared to eat those points but I'm so glad uv said i can ha iv been starving all day today! :-) what kind of exercise have u been doing to lose the most? I have a trainer and tend to do circuits, but last time round I was doing lots of cardio and it came off fast. At the minute I'm going to try doing it at home i always get embarrassed in the group chats.
What kind of soups do u make? I'm definately no Nigella hehe xxx
