Chicken Leg Meat
Hiya guys, I hope you can help. I have cooked and shreaded off the meat from a chicken leg portion but all the values I can see are raw or whole. Can anyone give me the values for meat only??? Thanks in advance!!
Not sure if this helps but i only have values for chicken breast meat so not sure if its the same for leg meat but
100g Cooked chicken breast no skin is 3pp
200g cooked chicken breast no skin is 7pp
