    Fast Start

    Hello

Well, I am on day 6 of my Fast Start, taking 22 points instead of my allocated 27.

I've been hitting between 18.5-23 points a day, and I don't want to fill up on junk when I'm not hungry, does that make sense?

Any advice? I suppose I could bulk up my fruit intake, that would take me up to the full allocation...?

Zero point soup etc is great for filling you up but it sounds like you need to eat more than you are, if youre doing SF you MUST stick to the points youre meant to have. Youre already down on your 'usual' allowance so dropping any more can have an adverse effect plus the fact if youre only having 18 this week you may struggle to get back to 27 next week.

If you need to boost your point intake, avoid all low fat things, go for some higher point alternatives, if you have yoghurts for instance avoid the WW ones, get a luxury one which might be 4 points as opposed to 1. Eat regular bread not WW that kind of thing

The important thing is you MUST eat your points, and dont avoid snacks if you want them - thats the beauty of WW over any other diet, you can incorporate anything into it x

Why not post a food diary. let us see what youre having and where it could be changed to boost your points, believe me once you get into the way of the diet and start losing youll be wishing you had more points available

That's what I was thinking, this is my first week on WW, I did SW for a long time, then a bit-too-drastic CC which is why I think I'm struggling to eat enough points...

I like that idea... I have been favouring pitta bread over WW bread towards the end of the week, it's loads more filling... I can not BELIEVE still how much is in those wraps, whether it's been SW syns, calories OR WW points...!

I know what you mean! When I was on SW it worked but I felt like I was eating too much... I initially lost 4 stone on SW, and feel that I should concentrate on portion size now... I am firmly committed to giving WW a fair trial, end of january I will see where I am.

I have a diary, in the WW food diary bit. There seems to be more diaries in the main WW bit though, I might put one in there instead depending how my first weigh in goes tomorrow!

I don't cheat my diets, cos the only person I'm cheating is me... and at the end of the day, it's me I'm doing this for - Doesn't seem much point in cheating me out of being happy

PS - Thank you all x
