    Hi :)

Hi I'm Hannah, previously been on Slimming World, a number of years ago, and lost quite abit of weight, although after the shock of weighing myself for the first time in forever a few days ago- I've decided to join up again and finally do something about it. I'm not going to a group- but brought the Slimming World books online and hoping to follow it that way.

I have a fair bit to lose, and I'm also a student so if anyone has any tips on following slimming world while being on a budget then please share!

    Hi Hannah

Well done for going back on SW, I do SW too - love it I find doing searches for recipes which cost less on recipe sites have helped me cut the budget down a bit. I do searches for cheaper meals on the BBC Good Food website and then adapt them to be SW friendly (usually only means leaving out olive oil). Also might be worth looking up Jack Monroe - she does recipes on a real budget and has lists of storecupboard ingredients. Hope that helps a bit.

    Have a really good week

    Marie xxx
