    Thank you everyone :) Feeling really tired today and work is stressful still! And I'm hungry! Breakfast- yoghurt and fruit Lunch- pate, salad . Tea- wrap pizza hexb and hexa. Coleslaw with ff yog and tiny squeeze of light mayo. Salad. Snacks- melon, banana , pickles

    I used 200g of liver, 4 rashers of bacon, 5 mushrooms and a tablespoon of quark and it made quite a bit! I still have some left, and gave a small snack lunchbox full to parents. It's in an airtight container but mine will be gone after today!

    Deposit down...now just waiting for solicitors etc etc shouldn't be any hitches! The pate is really nice ! I cooked mushrooms, onions, bacon and liver with a few mixed herbs in a pan. Blitzed and when cool I added a dollop of quark. It would go lovely with some pickle!

    Ew solid protein shake!can't you scoop it out? I've heard a lot of people add it to their coffee which is obviously a lit warmer so it will melt. Are you allowed caffeine? Overall though the food sounds really good . Hopefully you can mix it all up a bit so you won't get too bored? X
