agree its a great site - have been using for about 3 weeks - I find the notes section useful to jot down anything unusual that happened e.g. triggers for a bad day.

I've just joined today, still very new to the net and all this chatroom stuff - have 190 to lose in total - now 2 wks into calorie counting but weighing in with gp at the end of month 1 so no idea of progress so far
