    Getting enough calcium?

    I'm concerned that I'm not getting enough calcium on SW. I have 400ml unsweetened calcium fortified soya everyday, but that only has 60% of the RDA of calcium! Anyone else face this problem?     Sosmix - can anyone help??

    If you eat eggs you could make a sosage mix from rehydrated TVP mince (dried veggie mince), eggs and maybe some masshed beans if the consistency isn't right (which I think it won't be with just mince and eggs). add marmite for flavour by mixing it with the boiling water before you soak the TVP...

    I haven't weighed myself! disaster! I thought I could just do it from looking at how much looser my trousers would be, but have since realised that the little wins are important too.
