Last Friday I started slimming world again. Now I am not the 'biggest' person, not I am the smallest. However, recently I've not been eating very well and I need to look after myself better so here I am (again)

Well just had some pasta and sauce- Chicken and mushroom flavour. Used 100ml of my HEX A milk, wow I forgot how delish they are! Yum! Followed my grapes, a plum and some melon with chopped up mint.

So I am back on the SW plan and I am ready to get in shape for my jolly hols in May/June!
So far to I have stuck to it (ha-it is only 12.34)!!
Breakfast- 2 hash browns (4.5syns), cherry tom's grilled, 1 slice HEX B warbies wholemeal toast, 1 fried egg in fry light.
