Hello,
Well after a few weeks of feeling like I have no control over what I am eating, and a traumatic time in a primark changing room, I am back to the SW lifestyle! (No way is this baby a diet to me!)
As a busy mature student/mummy/business director/foodbank fundraiser I have lately been grabbing whatever, whenever. Often skipping two meals a day. Naughty. Now I am not overly overweight, however, I do not feel good at all! I did SW in 2010 and went from 10stone 5lb to 8stone 2lb-which in all fairness felt a little too skinny but I felt healthy. I just want to feel better again about myself- and wean myself off scampi fries, pork scratchings and mini eggs (damn you Easter!)
My problem areas are my tummy, hips and lately I have noticed I am getting the dreaded wings of le bingo.... SO as well as dieting I am going to start some excerises-kettlecise and swimming, however, as I am a solo parent with little support (my wonderful mum helps out, but she is also a foster parent so gets tricky) I am going to be buying a DVD (for kettlecise, not swimming)-any suggestions of good ones and good bells are welcome!
Anyway thats me, looking forward to making new friends and sharing stories xx
