    fell off the wagon

    I have stuck to it well since I started but had a wobble last night... a hormonal one!! Ended up going 15pp over by eating 2 small lindt bunnies... why??? Just sit yourself down, get your meals and snacks planned and you'll know what you should be eating... the rest of it really is willpower...

    I started with propoints, I find it easier to have some control by only having a certain number of points... I don't seem to have a shut off button to tell me I'm not hungry anymore... :s

    Weeklies

    I have lost consistently every week so far, I generally try to use them all on a Sat and Sun on a takeaway or a pint of ice cream... something sinful ;) I get weighed on Sat am and feel this works for me :)

    Ways to distract yourself from bad habits :(

    Get outside for a walk around the block, do some ironing, go to bed a bit earlier if it's later in the evening... have a bath? These things all help me :) xx

    I love doing a homemade mcd breakfast wrap! I try to save the pps and dont use meat in mine, only lowlow cheese slices, egg and ketchup :) we had thatfor tea last night :) yum! Well done on the weight loss this week too!! :)
