Hope everyone has had a good week
Does anyone else feel that sometimes "I can't possibly loose weight this week I seem to have eaten a lot" and then you step on the scales and the proof is there that the plan works xx
Lean beef and stir fry veggies with BD Wholewheat noodles and 1/2 a sachet BD black bean sauce (3syns) and a Turkish delight muller yoghurt nom nom nom
Well 1st week done, not too bad all in all. Found that I prefer the shakes and bars :-)
Managed to sit drinking a glass of water whilst out for a meal with the in laws. In return for a little torture....... Lost 8lbs, am so happy!!! :-D

Well after trying many diets and failed, am about to start LighterLife for the first time, and hopefully with the help from the sessions I'll get a grip on why I eat
