This is something I've been baffled at lately also.. I started off 17st, height 5'2ft and am a size 18/20! I put it all down to your build! Although I think people in the medical field tend to differ with the whole "big boned" theory. :confused:

Its 63 euro in ireland weekly for the lipotrim.. Which works out about £50.. How ripped off are we haha! :mad:

Hi all, This may seem like a REALLY stupid question but, has anyone ever had problems bringing lipotrim abroad? On holidays and that?

I agree with the tip on the black coffeee!!! It really does help! Also, I find keeping yourself busy really helps! Maybe you could "phone a friend", for a natter! So to speak :D

I have these too, like muscle cramps after you've done alot of excercise! Which I haven't been doing :o Must get that crampex..

Im going travelling in October for a several months and Id like to weigh that bit lighter! Only on lipotrim one week!! I hope to get fitter and healthier while away also. So what I look forward to most is coming home at my goal weight!

Aaw! I thought I was going to get giving out to for admitting that about the water! :o On another note, you do REALLY feel the hunger pangs when you're not drinking it! :(

Thanks Rainbow Brite... Think they sell them in the pharmacy I attend for the weigh ins.. Didn't think you could use them on lipotrim! :D Maybe it is the water! Im not drinking as much before the weigh in as Im afraid it'll add more on the scales! :eek:

Hi everyone!! On my 7th day of Lipotrim!! Weigh in later today! Any tips on how to kill the bad breathe that comes along with ketosis? Trying to keep a reasonable distance from everyone in work haha!! :D

Alright, I suppose they're not the best in the world.. But theres nothing better than eating something with a fork after a few days of just liquids..

I just tried the chocolate muffin recipe! Absolutely fantastic.. Although I would recommend adding a sweetener or two for taste!
