    Hi Slimbride2be I've done LL before - I don't think you can be too big to do it. I started at 13st and got down to 11.7st in a couple of months but 2 years on I'm back at 13st. Started Diet chef today. Hope that helps xx

    I can't help with the CD as I have no experience, but I've done LL and yes they do do some counseling within the group you're in. It does have an effect on your social life - you have to stick to the rules, you can't eat real food or drink alcohol whilst doing the program .... my kids...

    Hiya, what a great site - you've all inspired me to get a grip of my eating again!! After reading lots of threads, I'm going to give Diet Chef a go ... fingers crossed!! Will be reporting back shortly and in the meantime good luck to all you lovely people xx
