    My CDC recently asked Cambridge if it was ok for one of her clients to have three bars a day. They told her that there was no medical reason why not, but that one of the side effects could be quite a lot of flatulence. I'm not sure what they said about the rate of weight loss or about ketosis.

    It sounds like you probably are in ketosis if you've got some of the symptoms. However, I would guess that Berocca is full of citric acid, so is probably a no-no. Check the website or ask your CDC for confirmation.

    9lbs is 9lbs! It's a great loss - well over half a stone. There could be other reasons for no loss this week - water retention etc. Don't focus on the wee things (I.e. One week). Try to see the bigger picture. Hopefully you'll lose more next week. Keep going!
