    Hi, yeh they are absolutely vile! I will just do weights as I will still be having my protein shakes. I'm not fussed about going into ketosis, it's just the focus I need and the shakes offer me that. I'm a socialist but vote Labour.

    I've found it fairly easy tbh, first day is always hardest for me but it's already day 3 :) The hardest part will be weekends when I usually indulge in cooking an Indian feast for friends and wine, but I'm determined. I did this around 2 years ago and lost 2 stone in around 8 weeks. :)

    Day two and feeling good. Went for a cycle this morning before work at 2:30pm, just had breakfast: porridge pack with added mixed spice. I think I'm going to find this easier if I have my first pack around this time and then a shake around 5, dinner (chilli pack with mushroom an asparagus)...
