Totally agree. Their breaded items are really high in fat. No sausage is worth 6.5 syns!

Does anyone know the syn value? They look quite high at 128 cals a sausage.

Has anyone else seen these? They are new I think. I picked up a pack of 8 in asda. They are 54 calories each but they have quorn and veg in the middle. Anyone know the syn value or are they too new? X

Not all are free. There is a list somewhere. The nicest one is the raspberry with dark choc sprinkles which is definitely free.

I'm not keen on spicy either but the spicy rice is fine. I had the mushroom and halloumi pitta today but I'm unsure how many syns if I use halloumi as hxa

The quorn low fat "back by popular demand" sausages are free. The bag in the photo doesn't say that. The free ones come in a box - I've found them in sainsburys and asda.

Shape are veggie. Or at least I've eaten them for years in the knowledge they are!

They also do salt and vinegar type ones but I wasn't keen on them. The nicest are sweet chilli - next time I see them I'm going to stock up :-)

I saw a soup maker reduced in Robert Dyas and was so tempted but we have a magi mix and I was worried i would be buying something I already have the equipment to do! I have however today ordered an actifry after contemplating it for ages - I hope the chips it makes taste as nice as they look!!!
