    Lasagne Recipe Please

    I'm wanting to try using Mountain Bread instead of lasagne sheets. I have read rave reviews about it as long as your mixture isn't too liquidy. Also, I've tried using ricotta cheese or packet powder cheese sauce to substitute the fatty/ carby white sauce. Very nice!

    too many calories?

    I started dieting (not Tesco though) by having 1800 cals per day and found I didn't seem to drop the numbers on the scales, so I lowered the amount to 1400 and lost weight really impressively! Now I have lowered again because I have lost 7kg. Good luck Hun!
