Chicken in black bean sauce is 5 syns on red but you would have to count the rice. It's 14 on green but the rice is free. I have just hade tofu with bb and boiled rice for 5 syns and it was quite delish!! I am a veggie though but you could always have a vegetable bb dish with rice for 5 syns...

Thanks for that. I used the olive oil as the healthy extra and added some Parmesan as an a choice.

Hi all....I can't find this in other threads so thought I would post!! Does anyone know the syn value for the superfood pasta with nut free pesto? No chicken. It looks like its just the pesto, sundried toms and any extra oil I would need to worry about. There were hardly any toms in mine...
