    giving up shampoo? anyone done it?

    i try to wash my hair no more than twice a week. I use a lot of dry shampoo. I don't usually get it wet without using shampoo though, that seems to make it tangly and unpleasant.

    try herbal teas, green tea, iced tea (without sugar), crystal light, coffee (decaf), those little water flavoring syrups. Maybe ice water would help, bring a water bottle to work with you!

    500 calories is a starvation diet, but I've done it unintentionally when I drink tea to curb my appetite. I think that 3:4 with 4 days at 1000 calories would be a little healthier. But hey, it's your body, and if that works for you and you feel fine, go with it.
