Slimming World newbie and new to Minimins!
Newbie here too, doing it from home as I have a 7 month old who's extremely clingy so can't leave her haha. First weigh in on Wednesday, hoping for 3/4 pounds loss. Farmfoods diced beef??
Might be daft but, is frozen meat the same syn value as fresh? We're about to put a stew in the slow cooker for tomorrow's dinner, but wanna make sure the beef is still free. We have farmfoods best scotch diced beef steaks, have defrosted & oh is currently removing all visible fat, is it free...- missionpossible14
