    I only lost 1lb this week. Im a bit gutted as I've been 100% all week. I hope it's cos my period is due. Im going to struggle next week as I'm out on Saturday night and I'm going aŵay on Sunday and I'm already looking forward to the breakfast on Monday morning more than is normal lol.

    I find missing group is a slippery slope for me and I've vowed to myself never to miss group again.     Taking a gamble...

    I did some Christmas Day online sales shopping and bought everything in a size 12, I was a 16 so I won't tell you it's a really bad idea. I'm a 14 now and all my lovely summer clothes are in a 12. It definitely helping to keep me on track or I'm not going to have anything to wear lol. X

    Struggling from the off!

    help!!!

    Do you normally weigh in at group? Keep on track today and you might be suprised. I thought I would be lucky to get 1/2lb off last week according to my scales but when I went to group I'd lost 2lb.

    I'd echo what everyone else has said. When I weighed in at night I got into the habit of having a tiny lunch then nothing till after weigh in. I weigh in in the morning now and don't eat anything till afterwards.

    Slimmer of the month.

    I thought slimmer of the month was just that, the one who lost the most weigh in the month. Slimmer of the week you have to have lost or maintained the previous week but I have had slimmer of the month before when I'd had a massive gain in the month.
