    I after struggling for two weeks of not going to the gym (hitting the wall) I got out in the sunshine with my dog and other half and done 4 1/2 mile walk/run feeling good about the future workouts..... I'm so lucky to have the other half pushing me to keep trying and help me get the ought this...
