I'm off to Blackpool in the morning for a week....the home of Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fish & Chips!! So I know it won't be good news on the scales next weigh in :eek:
We all need a blow out once in a while, just draw a line under it and move on, I'm sure you'll pull it back before your next weigh in :p
Well guys I'm leaving you for now, weighed in at 13 13.5lb with a loss of 3.5lbs this week so just made it into the 13's....not sure how long I'll stay there cause I'm off on holiday Saturday!!! Could well be back next week lol :) See you all soon xx
Great to see your back on it :) Thats the good thing about Slimming World you can eat as much as you like as long as its the right sort of foods like you say free/superfree. I too gained a pound last week but I lost 1 and half this morning at weigh in so don't worry too much, I'm sure it will...
Lost a pound and half this week, so thats the pound I put on last week plus a bit more! Think it was the shorts myself :p don't know what I'm gonna do when the weather gets colder lol

It doesn't hurt to have a little treat now and then, as long as we stick to plan in between....I seem to have gone off the rails this week :confused: need to pull myself together and get back on it before weigh in on Wednesday!
If I have fish and chips (and I do quite often) then I just cut down on my syns for the rest of the week....it works for me ;) and I've had a steady loss of 2 to 3 pounds a week since I started 12 weeks ago! Don't ever deprive yourself and you'll find it easier to stick to the plan!
Hi Maggie, I find this forum really helpful:) although I do go to group, I pick up loads of useful tips and recipes off here! So good luck with your first week, not that you'll need it - I'm sure you'll do just fine :D

Well only lost a pound this week, not surprising really....I must learn to say NO to them fish and chips :(:( Having said that its better a pound off than on!!
3.5lb off at weigh in this morning, takes me down to 14 st 10.5lb so I'm off to the 14's....good luck to you all and I'll see you down there very soon :clap::clap::clap:
gutted I only lost 1 pound this week....so I'm now exactly 15 stone and will be sticking round for another week at least :eek: never mind - onwards and downwards (I hope) xx

Well weighed in this morning at group and I've stayed the same :sigh: but it could have been worse!! I really need to get back on it so here we go, gonna try 100% this week ..... wish me luck :break_diet:
Well its weigh in day tomorrow (wed) and I'm not sure how its gonna go :( I seem to have gone to pot this week...even had fish and chips from the chippy at the weekend!! never mind I'll just have to try a bit harder this coming week :confused:
