Hi there, I'm hoping to join slimming world on Monday and want to get prepared as possible!! I work long odd hours- nights long days etc. I was hoping to get some good freezer recipes and grab on the go snacks ideas. I'm a nurse so sometimes I don't get a break which is a nightmare for a diet...
