    Hiya :) I'm new to WW & have only been doing F&H for 9 days, I'm planning on doing it all the time. I don't know any special things to kick start losses but I did read that exercise is especially good when doing F&H. Obviously exercise is always good but thought that was an interesting read :)

    Ripped in 30 is much tougher than 30 day shred. Obviously the more you do it the more your body gets used to the moves & it gets easier. I've never heard of Beginner Shred...??!

    Jillians' 30 Day Shred is fab, she knows how to kick butt! I'm a huge Davina fan, I have nearly all of her dvd's. I work up a real sweat but I enjoy them too, which is more important as it means I'll stick at them.

    Hi :) I've only been doing WW for 9 days & thankfully I'm off to a good start. I used to do SW & the forum there was always heaving! I do Filling & Healthy but on ProPoints are bananas 0pp? You could have a banana after or just before your workout to give you energy & fill that gap x

    I've only been going f&h a week so I could be wrong but I thought cheese included as "unlimited" are fat free or the "lightest" ones. I can only imagine how bad fat free cheddar tastes so I've bought mature cheddar that's either 30% or 50% less fat & will work out the ProPoints to use as my extra.
