Today’s food Breakfast - 3 sainsburys bgty sausages (3) toast (hexb) Lunch - 2 bannisters Baked potatoes (2) infusions salmon in sweet chilli sauce (1.5) spinach, tomatoes Dinner - aldi tempura basa fillet (6) potatoes, carrots, spinach, sweet corn Supper — something using my hexa! 12.5

Just finished dinner, it was delicious. Have about 10 syns for tonight too so no need to stray off plan. Really would love to get my stone award at next weigh in, only need to lose 2lbs and I’ll have it! Fingers crossed! Xx

Lost 4lbs this week taking me to 15st12! So happy to be on the 15s ☺️☺️

Yep it is just on the frozen meals (sausages, burgers, ready meals ect) not the soups, sauces or salads :( Still a good offer though!
