    I also like to use the same quantity of sugar in my tea and i promised myself when i started dieting that this will be the only thing i wouldn't change. So a cup of tea a day satisfies my cravings. I never liked sweetner, it's just awful.

    The first and most important reason is health. Feels much better slimmer. The second - my physical appearance. I wanna look good and wear nicer clothes, not ones that cover my body and make it impossible to determine if i'm a girl or a boy. It's just frustrating.

    I also gained like 5 pounds during the holidays. They were easy to shake off though. As soon as i started dieting and sports again, in two weeks, i was back to my old self again.

    In my opinion, the top 3 reasons are: laziness lack of hardcore motivation lack of method Of course, i am talking about people who have a normal metabolism and are pretty much healthy but like to eat a bit too much. (aka don't have eating disorders or any kind of other diseases)...
