I went in May and it is a fantastic day. You can also give your cheque in on the day as a lot of my grouop did.

Hiya, I had my first "proper" client (i.e. not a family member or friend like the others!) on Wednesday. I was so nervous, but she was more apprehensive than I was, and it went really well. Pace yourself, and do not rush and you will be absolutely fine !!! Good luck

I got my interview letter, and its tomorrow morning, and then a training day in Crawley on April 2nd. Thank you so much for all your support, you have been fantastic - I will have been on training hopefully next time I weigh in !!!!!

I just got my letter saying my phone interview is tomorrow morning to become a CDC and there is room for me on the Crawley training which is on the 2nd May - scared stiff!!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhh

I get measured and weighed every time I go. Its my only way of knowing how I am doing !!

I'm confused by the lack of AAM week. I did LL for six months last year, and was under the impression that on CD you do not have to go to the doctor every month like youo do on LL but thats because you have your AAM week which means you are not fasting for the entire time. I am sure someone can...

It could be that she became a CDC to make money, and this is the way she manages it, especially if she only has a a few clients. People do not like to be ripped off though!!

I always have 14 packs and 7 bars, and its been £32.55 since I started going. Ann did say bars are more expensive, but she does not pass that cost on.

I think the sleep thing is because carbs make you sluggish and the 100% nutrition gives you so much energy!! I always used to be up early, as I need to with the kids, but now I don't grumble, and practically get going the second I get out of bed, instead of having a pile of toast and three cups...
