You take 3, one with each meal. I'm on them and I have certainly not had any of the side affects. If you follow the rules of not eating anything that has over 5g of fat per 100g then you'll be fine!
I know that Alli is half the strength of Xenical but I was wondering what difference it makes? Don't they both just hold back a third of the fat you take in? Or does Xenical block more?
I'm going to aim for 10lb. Been on Alli for about 2 weeks now but haven't got scales to weigh myself (I live away from home for uni) so I'm not 100% that I'm still 12st 6 lol...will find out on satty. It'll be nice if I can at least get into the 11's this month anyway.
If you continue under eating your body will go into starvation mode and start to hang on to fat. Also, Xenical helps to block a certain amount of fat that you eat, if you aren't consuming fat, then it doesn't work.
For the best results you should follow a healthy calorie controlled diet and get...
Hey, I have the same condition and take 100mg. I certainly find it easier to lose weight than before I was diagnosed! And yes, it should help to solve your other symptoms too :).
Anxiety can certainly make you like that. Often when I'm stressing over an exam or essay I'll get like that :(. Make sure you take plenty of fluids, hope you feel better soon!
Hey, I have hypothyroidism and wanted to know if anyone else who has the condition feels that it effects their weightloss? And if so, is there anything that can be done about it (besides taking the thyroxine everyday obv)....like taking certain supplements, changing diets or certain excersizes?
It might be worth going to a doctor incase you have problems with your arches? My sister had this problem and they're going to give her special insoles.
Aw man! I wish I had an Asda near me :(. They deliver to my postcode but would it be a little bit too naughty to only order like 8 and not order anything else? ^_^'
Ohh that's lovely Lind! I might go get some more today! thanks!
That sucks Saunders. My local boots doesn't actually have it advertised on the shelves but it still goes through the tills at 3 for 2!
The boots offer is instore too, at least it still was on Sunday as I bought a load of SF stuff. I know their deals generally change over on Tuesdays though but it'd be weird to have an offer online which isn't instore!
My ready made shakes are 212cal, smoothies 204cal. I don't really get hungry between meals unless I go to the gym, then I'm starving! I do drink alot of water though.
Maybe you could just bring enough cash that'll get you drink and pay for the journey home. That way you won't be able to buy any naughty food while drunk!
Hey, I'm Ruth. I'm starting the slimfast diet tomorrow, hoping to be at least a stone light before the end of March!
Question, I bought the powder and it says you need to shake it for 20 secs? Would just stirring it with a spoon be okay?
